It is a good read on Guy Spier’s journey and learnings to become a value investor. To be a serious investor is akin to a professional sports person where the environment, habits and investment procedures must be worked on beyond just technical knowledge and around his irrationality. He went on to embrace the values and characters of great investors such as Warren Buffett, Charlies Munger and Mohnish Pabrai to be better investors and better people we can be.
